Data Analytics Engineer

At State Farm, we are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Data Analytics Engineer to join our team. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work with an innovative and motivated team, developing best-in-class analytics solutions to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a data analytics role. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R is essential, and experience with cloud-based analytics tools is desired. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and analytics techniques, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions. The perfect candidate for this position will have excellent problem solving and communication skills, be comfortable working independently and within a team, and have a strong passion for data and analytics.
