Clinical Program Consultant

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in current clinical programs. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and make recommendations for improvement. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance and innovate clinical programs. Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical program management, providing guidance and support to team members. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal departments. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and manage budgets for clinical programs, ensuring efficient use of resources. Conduct trainings and presentations to educate others on clinical programs and their impact. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of clinical programs, and work towards their implementation. Provide ongoing support and guidance to program participants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Act as a liaison between Aetna and external partners, representing the company's values and goals. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to clinical program management. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
