Senior Financial Analytics Professional

Description: • Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first • Work across the business and be highly involved in reporting, planning, underwriting, strategic analysis, and growth initiatives • Develop and monitor thoughtful business intelligence, analytical frameworks, and ongoing reporting to evaluate performance of business and growth strategies • Work directly with senior management to validate and craft enterprise-wide initiatives including budgets, profitability studies, new payor partner proposals, board level analyses, and various other strategic projects • Evaluate and develop models to measure performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to support critical business decisions and optimize outcomes • Lead design and development of Power BI reporting and dashboards that provide key financial insights to leadership • Partner with DH&A team to evaluate claims data to drive deeper insights into the business and identify opportunities • Coordinate Value-Based impacts across Humana and CenterWell organizations • Partner in developing predictive modeling to advance forecasting capabilities • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders discussing financial performance and incorporate business insights into the financial models • Implementation and measurement of business targets (financial and operational) – KPI’s/OKR’s • Present analysis and engage in strategic discussions with senior management Requirements: • Bachelors Degree • 5+ years of finance and/or data analysis experience • Extensive financial modeling experience with devotion to accuracy, detail, analytic consistency, and data integrity • Experience in managing data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance issues. • Advanced use of Microsoft Office products, including Power BI, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset • Strong communication skills (written and oral), with an ability to distill information into its key elements • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with people of different backgrounds, including clinical and technology • Experience with SQL and multi-dimensional databases Benefits: • Medical, dental and vision benefits • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Paid time off including paid time off, company and personal holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental and caregiver leave • Short-term and long-term disability • Life insurance • Many other opportunities Apply Job!
