LVN Shift Nurse Yuba Sutter
Location: This role requires you to travel to the patients home in the Yuba Sutter area each shift. Schedule: You are invited to apply for a full-time role of up to 40 hours per week, or a part-time role to fulfill the patients daily needs. Compensation: Pay range is $21 to $26 per hour. Exact compensation is based on skills and experience. Responsibilities: Bathing and personal care Wound care Assist with transfers from bed to chair via Hoyer lift Trach/Ventilator Care Medication management Tube feedings Maintenance of compliant clinical records Essential Requirements: Current California State license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) BLS Certification Valid California Drivers License, and eligible to be insured under our liability policy with a clean DMV report Your own vehicle and proof of current auto insurance One year experience as a home health care provider Current CPR certification PPE is provided to all employees Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Certifications Ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively. Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills. Professional behavior when on duty Physical Requirements: Conditional upon job offer is successfully passing a medical exam that tests amongst other things the ability to move, visual acuity, and hearing acuity. Physical requirement for this role specifically include Sits, stands, bends, lifts, walks, and moves intermittently during working hours Able to lift to 50 pounds without assistance Able to drive intermittently

You will receive a monthly phone stipend. Leave accrues starting on your first day of employment, and you can take paid vacation, sick and holiday leave after 90 days.
