Director, Digital Banking Strategy and Communications
The successful Director will manage strategy, operations and communications for the DBS team as we scale to support Schwabs rapid growth. The scope ranges from strategic work on future opportunities to working with business partners to understand the broader picture around investment areas and platform performance, and ensuring the team is aligned both internally and externally. Establishing a deep understanding of the business, leveraging a data-driven approach to building insights about our clients and our business while drawing out "why". Structuring and delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team and supporting the team members in their communications and story-telling. Steering large, cross-functional strategic projects and building consensus within the organization at all levels.
