Key Responsibilities: • Close High-Ticket Sales: You will engage with prospective clients who have shown interest in our programs and turn them into clients through skilled, consultative selling. • Consultative Approach: Understand the unique needs of each lead, align our coaching solutions with their goals, and help them see the value in investing in their personal growth. • Follow-Up & Persistence: Stay on top of prospects, maintain ongoing communication, and follow through until the deal is closed. • Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: This isn’t a role for anyone who’s satisfied with just “getting by.” You’ll be expected to hit or exceed ambitious monthly sales targets.
