As the Digital Consulting Director – Advanced Analytics, you will: Partner with Huron leadership teams to grow and advance our Data and Analytics practice by defining our data and analytics capabilities to our clients Lead a team of consulting professionals to deliver data-drive and analytics solutions to our healthcare clients ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements Provide insights on data strategies, analytics solutions and data governance to modernize operations, improve care delivery and profitability Leverage advanced data and analytics to identify and interpret trends in complex data to guide strategic decision making Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services Collaborate with leaders across Huron digital and other teams to architect solutions that offer the most impactful solutions to Huron’s clients Support Data and Analytics leader in practice building, sales and marketing activities Requirements: Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD, MBA) or equivalent experience are required; Clinical education and experience valued 10+ years of management consulting experience in healthcare analytics strategy and digital transformation Background in data, analytics, AI, data integration and data visualization tools Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis, with the ability to make actionable recommendations A willingness to travel as needed (typically Monday-Thursday) Authorization to work in the United States Posting Category Healthcare Opportunity Type Regular Country United States of America At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
