This is a part-time, remote position where you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers through chat, providing assistance and helping them with their sales inquiries. You'll play an essential role in creating a seamless experience for our customers while promoting UPS products and services. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. Assist customers in selecting UPS products and services that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about shipping options, pricing, and delivery times. Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Upsell and cross-sell UPS products and services where appropriate. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications: Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and professionally.
