Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, virtual individual counseling to clients. • Create comprehensive care plans that incorporate innovative tools, establishing goals and tracking progress. • Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic support for our members. • Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, clinical observations, and outcomes. Required Skills • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent clinical license. • An active and unrestricted New York license is required. • Proficiency in delivering counseling services to a diverse client base using various therapeutic modalities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to being a trusted partner in healthcare transformation. Qualifications • A minimum of 3 years' experience in individual counseling, preferably in a mental health setting. • Proven ability to work with a diverse range of clients and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Compensation
