  • Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures based on customer feedback.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a calm and positive manner.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

  • No prior experience required – this role is ideal for freshers or individuals with little to no professional experience in customer support.

  • Prior customer service or call center experience (even in non-remote positions) is a plus but not necessary.

• Working Hours: •

  • Full-time and part-time remote positions available.

  • Flexible shifts to accommodate different time zones.

•

  • Some weekend and holiday work may be required, depending on customer demand.
