As our Virtual Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of executive operations, ensuring that leadership is supported with seamless coordination, organization, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Support • Design marketing materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite. • Assist with social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends. • Plan and coordinate events such as board meetings, fundraisers, and company gatherings. Administrative Excellence • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for executives. • Field calls and manage correspondence with professionalism. • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems. • Take ownership of admin tasks, proactively solving problems and streamlining workflows. • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) to manage client data and communications. Strategic Systems & Support • Establish efficient systems to ensure executives stay ahead of deadlines. • Delegate tasks and ensure team-wide communication and progress tracking. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 4 years in administrative support, preferably within a tech-driven company. Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar). Soft Skills: High-level professionalism, critical thinking, adaptability, and strong communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or related fields. • Bonus Points For: ? Knowledge of the EOS Operating System. ? Multilingual skills. ?
