Commercial Finance Intern (BODYARMOR)

Join BODYARMOR as a Commercial Finance Intern, assisting in budget tracking and vendor management within a dynamic sports nutrition environment. Your Role: Key responsibilities as follows: ? Collaborate with Commercial Finance Leadership and Sales Team to track trade spend budgets. ? Provide analysis on spending and sales volume results. ? Manage multiple vendor relationships from receipt to payment. ? Learn and assist in managing trade spend and promotional budgets using 'The Huddle'. ? Reconcile budget versus actual spending and analyze results. ? Ensure timely closing of trade spend accruals. ? Propose forecast recommendations to customers and distributor partners. ? Support enhancement initiatives for planning tools and ad hoc projects. About You: The ideal candidate will have: ? Enrollment in a bachelor?s degree program in finance or accounting, graduating no sooner than December 2025. ? Preferred experience in finance and/or sales within CPG (beverage). ? Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ? Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. ? A self-starter attitude and team player mentality. ? Passion for the Sports Hydration category. ? Ability to attend in-person in a hybrid work setting. Compensation & Benefits: Monthly compensation ranges from $3,400 to $6,700, depending on job and degree type. Training & Development: Participate in the BODYARMOR Intern Program, including weekly meetings, workshops, and a final project presentation, with an annual summit in New York.
