Providing prompt and precise responses to inquiries from parents through phone and email ? Guiding and supporting student ambassadors to effectively showcase our programs during tours ? Organizing the logistics for tours and shadow days with meticulous attention to detail ? Keeping our CRM & SIS systems updated with current admissions records ? Assisting in the creation of scalable manuals and processes for future campuses What You Won?t Be Doing ? Developing or directing the admissions strategy ? Supervising a team or managing multiple campuses ? Engaging in curriculum development or direct student instruction Customer Support Representative Key Responsibilities Ensure a flawless admissions process that embodies the high standards and efficiency of 2 Hour Learning. Basic Requirements ? Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or sales ? Proficient in both written and verbal communication ? Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail ? A passion for education and a commitment to student success ? Authorization to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship Nice-to-have Requirements ? Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software ?
