Job Summary

RPA is seeking a Web Analyst to join the Web Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a web analytics background, is an articulate, technically-minded individual with good business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Deliver Analytics Reports: Generate and deliver comprehensive analytics reports for both website and email campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support A/B Testing and Optimization: Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize website and email campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Key Departments: Work closely with media, account, strategy, tech and product teams to investigate data trends and tagging issues and support strategic initiatives.
  • Campaign Tracking Code Generation and Validation: Create and validate tracking codes for various marketing campaigns to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Document Key Resources: Maintain and update documentation for key resources, including data dictionaries, tracking guidelines, and reporting templates.
  • Manage Project Issue Trackers: Oversee project issue trackers to ensure timely resolution of data-related issues and continuous improvement of analytics processes.
  • Monitor Alerts and Maintain Data Integrity: Monitor alerts related to data anomalies, flag any issues to affected teams, and work on identifying and support implementing solutions to maintain data integrity.

How You’ll Excel In Your Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, statistics, data science, or another related field required
  • Experience with web analytics, Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics 4
  • Experience with email analytics (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, or other project management tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills - able to translate technical tasks to a non-technical audience
  • Detail oriented, organized, transparent, and reliable
  • Highly values teamwork and collaboration
  • Able to prioritize and juggle tasks efficiently
  • Keep open lines of communication with all stakeholders
  • Proactive and independent but knows when to escalate larger issues
  • Resourceful - taps into all tools and resources available

The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $2,083.33 - $2,916.67, with an annualized equivalent of $50,000 - $70,000.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
