Position Summary

As a BI Analyst, you will be working closely with key stakeholders to help our team turn data into actionable insights. You’ll play a critical role in leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and inform product development. You will work closely with other departments to improve the overall understanding of our business and to help solve complex problems as we continue to evolve. 

Responsibilities Include

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models, to support business operations.

• Analyze large datasets from various sources, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and operations for the executive team.

• Continuously improve data quality, reporting processes, and metrics to ensure the business is making decisions based on accurate and up-to-date information.

• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in reporting and data workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Clinical and Product, to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Communicate complex data findings in an easily understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Looker primarily, but Tableau or Power BI

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and querying languages (SQL)

• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets

• Proficient in Excel or other spreadsheet tools for detailed data analysis

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.

• Healthcare experience

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
