Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy. • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and navigating the internet. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions. • Ability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in e-commerce or online retail customer support. • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. • Familiarity with Amazon products and services.
