Responsibilities

Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Strive to exceed customer expectations and leave a positive impression with every interaction Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for reference and analysis Requirements and Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
