The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Photo and be primarily responsible for analytics, merchandising and P&L management of the site -- CVS.com/photo. Problem-solving skills are critical, and an analytical approach to merchandising is essential, to ensure continued growth in the personalized products business at CVS. The candidate will own the CVS Digital Photo end-to-end promotional strategy, as well as our KPI forecasting cycle. Ability to synthesize site data into actionable insights to drive the business forward will be critical. Must be aware of best-in-class site merchandising strategy across retailers and be prepared to advocate for site improvements based on competitors and internal data.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge / skill / ability: 5+ years of experience in onsite merchandising, digital product management, or related field, especially in a consumer-focused, multiple product category e-commerce sites Understanding of retail financial metrics Regular and reliable attendance during normal working hours, as established by the leader. Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience Travel- Ability, and willingness, to travel regularly, 10% of time, based on needs of the business. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years’ experience in onsite merchandising, digital product management, or related field, especially in a consumer-focused, multiple product category e-commerce sites Experience using Adobe analytics or a similar site analytics platform. Experience in Agile Framework for product development Experience working as a strong merchant, managing a P&L strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to understand not only business KPIs and initiatives, but also possess a deep understanding of the technical backend and be able to participate in project release and business requirement documentation 8+ years’ experience building high-performing teams. 8+ years’ experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals. 8+ years’ experience influencing without authority. Strategic thinker complemented with ability to develop and communicate solid plan Passion for digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience in health care Advanced degree Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
