About The Role

Our Bible study apps are utilized by millions of people around the world. Our greatest asset is our exceptional team that helps us fulfill our company mission. We are looking for a Full-stack Desktop Developer in Mexico who can help us build awesome desktop products.

We are hiring someone who can work well in a diverse environment of different languages and technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to work on native Mac and Windows front-end UI, contribute to cross-platform web UI, develop the supporting back-end services, and have a passion for building elegant solutions. 

NOTE: The applicant must be able to work from our Mexico offices or remotely within the country. 

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with multiple platforms and release cycles.
• Expert-level software development skills in C#.
• Proficient in either Cocoa or WPF.
• Proficient in database technologies, experienced with SQLite and MySQL.
• History of providing technical leadership in a team environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and standard methodologies for the full software development process, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have

• Front-end experience with recent standards in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
• Strong sense of customer empathy and desire to influence the product direction.
• Prior experience working with remote US-based teams.

The base gross monthly salary for this full-time position ranges from $83,333.00-$133,333.00 MXN pesos per month. Logos salary ranges are determined by role and position level. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
