We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to:Take ownership of design at the intersection of AI and legal tech. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the design vision, build intuitive products, and define a culture of innovation as the company scales. Lead end-to-end product design, creating intuitive user experiences that balance user needs with business goals. Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI libraries for consistency across the platform. Conduct exploratory and evaluative user research to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and drive iteration. Partner with engineering and product teams to create user-centered features for a data-rich platform. Build and lead a world-class design team, establishing a forward-thinking design culture.
What we're looking for:8+ years of design experience, with a proven track record of delivering impactful work on SaaS or AI-powered products. Strong UX and UI skills, with expertise in defining user flows, crafting engaging interfaces, and delivering polished designs. Proficiency in user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and synthesis of insights. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision. Bonus: Experience in legal tech, AI, or startups is a strong plus.
