QA Engineer

The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team and the ideal candidate will have previous experience with a strong focus on manual testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies. • Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual testing to ensure the product meets high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through their lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare domain requirements (if applicable).
• Participate in regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Continuously improve test processes and contribute to test automation initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• Roughly 3-4 years of QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium & Java for test automation Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Knowledge of API testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare domain regulations (good to have).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience with JIRA or similar test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and version control systems (Git).
• Performance or security testing experience is a plus
