About the Opportunity: Our Core Product team is focused on making our customers’ jobs easier and delivering the best experience possible. We are looking to hire a lead for our Core Product team. This role will report directly to the VP of Product Management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Health Tech products. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, iteration, and maintenance.  
• Manage a backlog of requirements based on the business group’s input, business value and technical feasibility.  
• Support the execution of healthy partnerships with third party integrations  
• Collaborate with engineering to build secure and scalable infrastructure and solutions.  
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.  
• Drive user research and gather feedback from customers to continuously improve the experience.  
• Define and track key product metrics to measure performance, user satisfaction, and financial impact.  
• Partner with marketing and customer success teams to communicate product changes, drive adoption, develop deeper engagement with the product. 

Required Skills

• Experience using and working with agile methodologies   
• Proven experience in 0 to 1 and scaling products  
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs and make informed product decisions 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels 
• A passion for building customer-centric products that simplify and improve user experiences. 

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.). 
• Experience working in SaaS, healthcare, or a similar industry is a plus.

Work Location: U.S. Remote or On-site based in Cincinnati, OH
