The Workplace Representative plays a key role in delivering a first-class visitor and customer experience at Dun & Bradstreet’s Croatia office. As part of the Workplace Team, this position ensures a safe, welcoming, and efficient office environment for employees, customers, and visitors. Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills are essential. This is a 50% time role within the Workplace Team.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the office’s main representative and customer point of contact.

Provide reception services, including greeting guests and managing inquiries professionally.

Oversee site safety and security, including access control, CCTV, key management, and health & safety matters.

Handle facilities administration, maintaining records, processing invoices, and assisting with office events.

Manage office maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repair requests.

Organize catering, mail services, office supplies, and third-party services.

Supervise maintenance and cleaning contractors.

Prioritize and manage daily tasks and inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in a similar role.

Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.

Excellent customer service, planning, and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Energetic and approachable, creating a welcoming environment for visitors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Croatian.

Ability to adhere to site rules and regulations at all times.
