Brightwheel is seeking an experienced executive to oversee all aspects of operations, including all centralized revenue operations teams, business operations, and analytics.
You excel at solving complex challenges, fostering collaboration across functions, and enabling teams to operate at their highest potential. You’re someone who thrives in a high growth, fast paced environment and has direct experience managing scaled teams.What You’ll Do

For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
