Project Manager: III (Senior)

Overview: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from definition to implementation. Ensure projects meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive project plans and drive key milestones. Establish and maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders. Provide daily direction to project resources and ensure smooth change management throughout the project. Prepare necessary documentation, status reports, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion. • Ensure adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality metrics. • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines. • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders. • Provide daily guidance and direction to project resources. • Implement effective change management processes. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and budgets. Skills and Qualifications: • 10 years of direct project management experience. • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. • Proven leadership abilities to achieve project objectives and motivate team members. • Expertise in risk management to identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Experience in budget and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
