Production Operations Coordinator, Experiences (contract)

Candidates MUST be bilingual in Spanish Responsibilities: Support and execute end-to-end production workflows to deliver successful productions and high-quality guest experiences Support internal production leads with experiences and event logistics and coordination Manage and engage with our guests (online) responding to messages in a timely and authentic manner. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive optimization of the guest communications including drafting and maintaining FAQs, informing best practices and sharing learnings with key stakeholders Adopt, develop and master internal tools, trainings, and processes that drive daily production operations to ensure quality and efficiency Act as an advocate for guests and supporting initiatives that improve the overall experience for internal teams and external guests Requirements: 4+ years in event production, hospitality or social media community management 4+ years in a client-facing or guest-facing role Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
