Inbound Call Center Sales Agent - Personal Insurance
Description: Join our team as we help shape the future. We are looking for candidates who either have a Personal Lines License or are willing to obtain during our training program (study time and exam provided). Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agents will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions, evaluating risk and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections. Our customer-centric approach guides all our actions. We place the customer at the center of everything we do. Requirements: 2 + years proven track record in sales is required; Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections. Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, including up to 20-25 inbound calls per day. Ability to maintain all state licenses and terminate all prior carrier relationships as applicable. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Internet: High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload and your internet provider supplied device is to be hard-wired to the Hartford issued router and/or computer.
