To Apply Send your resume to [email protected] Location: Cedar Park, TX Education Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equates to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the subjects mentioned above. Qualifications/ Skills Required: ✓Extract and analyze data from multiple CMS (Content Management Systems) and other systems to conduct operational and data analysis of Marketplace data, as well as related data from stakeholders, to assist in developing program metrics and strategy. ✓Collaborate with CMS to identify new areas of interest for analytics, working closely with them to understand their needs and requirements. ✓Propose and scope new data analytics use cases, identifying opportunities to leverage data for insights and improvements in the LMS domain. ✓Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Tableau dashboards to display metrics, visualizing data in a meaningful and accessible manner. ✓Prepare and finalize standard and ad hoc reports to brief CMS stakeholders and highlight Marketplace enrollment activity and social demographics, providing accurate and timely information. ✓Support business requirements development for new capabilities, working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. ✓Lead efforts to identify and develop process improvements for data delivery, streamlining data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. ✓Contribute to quick turnaround data requests from government stakeholders, responding promptly and accurately to their inquiries. ✓Actively participate in internal team and government meetings to discuss status updates, issue resolution, and planning activities, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. ✓Code in AWS Redshift and Glue Jobs to attain desired data cleaning, utilizing programming skills to manipulate and transform data for analysis and reporting purposes.
