Field Sales Position
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with bottlers. You will educate and motivate partner representatives to increase new distribution and volume in existing accounts. Your goal will be to execute successful sales strategies at the chain and local account level within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of market execution principles. - Collaborate with bottlers to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions.
- Utilize all available resources to maximize productivity and results in their assigned market.
- Promote and sell Monster Energy products at the retail level.
Essential Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Proven track record of success in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.
