Ensure all food displays and products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and meet quality standards. Prepare and serve food items according to company recipes and guidelines. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of food products. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service to customers. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and specials in order to effectively communicate with customers. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on new products and procedures. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and promoting teamwork. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
