Shopify Website Manager

As we continue to scale our online presence, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Shopify Website Manager to join our team and lead the development, management, and optimization of our Shopify store. Job Overview: As the Shopify Website Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Shopify-based eCommerce website, ensuring it is optimized for performance, usability, and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to create an outstanding online shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Optimize Shopify Store: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Website Maintenance: Ensure the website is always up-to-date, secure, and bug-free, performing regular checks to maintain site functionality.
- Improve User Experience (UX): Monitor user behavior, analyze site traffic and performance, and implement changes to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
- SEO and Site Performance: Implement SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and optimize site speed to improve performance and user satisfaction.
- Product Management: Work with the product team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and specifications are displayed on the website.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to monitor key metrics and generate performance reports to guide future website improvements.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to the website, including checkout, payment systems, and integrations with third-party applications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Preferred of 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify websites in a professional environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party Shopify apps and plugins.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure a high-quality, error-free user experience.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
