Account Manager Entry Level

Role Overview As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, focusing on managing accounts with a keen understanding of their needs and preferences. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, drive sales, and ensure client satisfaction. Personalization and relationship-building are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Guide customers through our clients’ products and services, including conducting product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide detailed information about products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
• Manage customer accounts with a thorough understanding of their desired services and products.
• Collaborate with the Management team to identify and leverage new opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
• Report on sales achievements and customer feedback regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute as needed.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
