Job Description: This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Description: This product manager will support Workday compensation and will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Workday Compensation module. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation processes, the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and exemplary stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Compensation, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives. Overall Purpose: This job requires senior level experience. Responsible for managing the requirements/user stories process by acting as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate between business stakeholders and the delivery teams to align business needs with a technical architecture and end-solution. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Elicits, analyzes and validates project requirements that result in new applications or enhancements to existing applications, systems and/or business process design. Understands business issues and needs that translate into requirements to create the overall solution. Manage the end-to-end requirements process using tools to define the set of processes and approach for each project, as well as issue resolution. Conduct peer reviews and assist clients in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies to enable new capabilities. Prepare requirements packages, prepare user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage requirements traceability changes, artifacts, as well as develop reference and resource materials. Review final technical design/solutions and may coordinate User Acceptance Testing. Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications. Must have expertise in requirements management (Agile and Waterfall), SDLC, business process, applications and systems, negotiation skills, and RFP development and technical evaluation. Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies. Education: Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred. Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years experience.   • Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role, with at least 2 years focused on Workday Compensation.
  • Strong understanding of compensation processes, data analysis, and project management.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Certification) are highly desirable.

Our Lead Tech Business Analysis earn between $118,800.00 - 178,200.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
