- Regular analysis and evaluation of customer feedback
- Supporting online survey conception and programming
- Supporting the analysis of customer interviews
- Assisting in the development of marketing measures
- Creation of product training videos for customer education
- Assisting in the development of our Self Service Hub on the Statista website
Your Skills
- Need to be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hamburg for at least 1 more year
- A good level of both written and spoken English and German; ability to effectively communicate in both
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Highly detail-orientation with a reliable work ethic
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing priorities
