* This Position is remote you must report every 45 days to the facility/report for urgent meetings Tampa FL S2Technologies is currently looking for Software Developer candidates to join our team at MacDill AFB. The Software Developer will create, maintain and enhance the functionality of a variety of software applications. Determine technical requirements by analyzing customer needs. Work with teams to resolve issues, prioritize needs, develop criteria and choose solutions. Write and evaluate code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, properly structured, and well documented. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience: 3+ years of experience developing various programming languages within DoD environment Experience with .NET core/6 or later Experience with Reat frontends Familiar with Static site Generation (SSG) and Server-side Rendering (SSR) concepts Experience with container Experience with docker/containers Familiar with microservice architecture Familiar with AWS/Azure container related services Experience with git and Github, Azure Repo, and Bitbucket Ability to operate effectively with a high level of independence Strong willingness to quickly explore and learn new skills Strong technical writing and verbal communications skills Education: BS or BA preferred, but not required. Certifications: IAT-II certification preferred Must be able to obtain an IAT-II certification within the first 90 days of hire.
