Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Fundraising Specialist to join our team at Wellpoint Care Network. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and relationships with our donor constituents. Main Responsibilities: • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve annual financial goals • Cultivate and steward donors through regular communication and personal visits • Research and secure grant funding from foundations and government sources • Manage grant budgets and ensure timely submission and reporting of proposals and reports • Lead and mentor department personnel, including assisting with hiring, learning, scheduling, evaluating, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completion of work • Represent the team and/or department at meetings, events, and learning as needed
