This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality assets, including Job Aids, FAQs, and self-serve training materials, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Taxonomy, and Project Management, Enablement tools, and will excel in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.Key Responsibilities:Content Management:• Oversee the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure all materials are up-to-date, accessible, organized, and aligned with organizational goals. • Develop and implement strategies for effective content categorization, tagging, and retrieval. • Work with SMEs across the organization to ensure our role-specific Knowledge Base(s) are up-to-date, organized, and relevant. • Be a brand ambassador and ensure assets and communications shared by the Field Enablement team align with the latest Sprinklr brand & messaging standards.Sales Onboarding:• Work closely with our Learning & Performance team to oversee our Learning Management System and the onboarding process for new field team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to ramp up qui Apply Job!
