Teller (40 hours) - Logan 14th North

About the position The Teller position at Zions First National Bank involves working closely with community members to help them achieve a better financial future. As a Teller, you will become a banking expert, guiding clients to products and services that enhance their everyday lives while gaining valuable insights into banking operations and procedures. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the bank's mission of being a premier employer and banking institution. Responsibilities • Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record. , • Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments. , • Resolve client problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources. , • Identify and maximize cross-sell banking opportunities by exploring clients' needs. , • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent required. , • Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience preferred. , • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products. , • Solid balancing and customer service skills are essential. , • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs. , • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
