Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for Elevance Health in alignment with company goals and objectives. Lead and oversee change initiatives to drive business transformation and improve operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, project managers, and subject matter experts, to identify and prioritize areas for change and improvement. Conduct thorough analysis and research to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop communication plans and materials to effectively communicate changes to employees and stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing change initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting and encouraging change initiatives throughout the organization. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for employees on change management and business transformation. Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and business transformation.
