Identify and drive innovation in network operations to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective network solutions for Aetna's customers. Collaborate with other departments within Aetna to ensure network strategies align with overall company goals. Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, partners, and vendors. Actively participate in industry events and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures within the network team. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new network initiatives. Oversee budget management and resource allocation for network operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Represent Aetna in negotiations with providers and vendors.
