Epic Mychart Analyst

Our client is seeking a talented Epic MyChart Analyst to join their team. This role involves supporting and optimizing the MyChart module, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Epic systems, particularly MyChart, and will be responsible for both strategic and operational tasks. Skills Required: • MUST be Epic MyChart certified. • 3+ years of Epic MyChart build experience • Experience with build, implementation, and go-live processes. Responsibilities: • Support and optimize the Epic MyChart module. • Handle strategic and operational requests. • Participate in high-level projects and upgrades. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration. • Provide training and support to end-users. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MyChart. Additional Qualifications: • Ability to work independently and know when to seek help versus working alone. • Strong communication skills, especially with upper-level management (VPs and Directors). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
