Visit www.wbtv.com to learn more Job Summary/Description: WBTV is looking for a detail-focused, creative, and team-oriented video editor. A journalism or communication background is a big plus. We’re looking for a self-motivated, excellent communicator who can work independently and as part of a team. Primary duties include editing news videos, organizing feeds, preparing shows for broadcasts, and other duties as assigned. WBTV is a legacy station with a proud history in local news. Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Gather video and organize video for newscasts • Edit video for broadcast and digital/social platforms • Record audio/video streams and upload content for news partners • Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: • Schedule flexibility is a must. • This is a part-time hourly position and may include working overnight, holidays, and weekends as well as some overtime. • Please apply online and attach a resume with a cover letter as well as a link to samples of work.
