The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and reviewing the annual administrative budget cycles for CDPHP. The Analyst will aid the FP&A team in compliance of schedules/milestones/deliverable dates with an additional focus on providing back up support to team members as needed for daily or project/ad hoc activities. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience required. Degree in Business, Accounting or a related discipline preferred. • Experience with budgeting, accounting or auditing in highly regulated or highly analytic corporate environment is preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint is required • Strong understanding of ledger, sub ledger and third-party software interfacing concepts required. • Knowledge of GAAP and experience in complex accounting processes and analysis required. • Insurance or healthcare industry accounting preferred. • Experience with Adaptive and MultiView is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and with outside vendor relationships to perform problem resolution or proactively explore process improvements. • Demonstrated ability to work independently in an analytical capacity on budget and financial planning concepts. • Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information. • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships both internally and externally. • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Flexibility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment. CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance.
