Responsibilities: Support product strategy development for our consumer banking offerings, with a focus on digital & retail platforms Assist in creating and maintaining product collateral, including customer-facing statements, notices, and disclosures Contribute to product configuration and management processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and bank policies Monitor product performance and market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation Support product remediation efforts when necessary, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions Participate in process improvement initiatives, documenting and optimizing procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance Assist in the implementation and oversight of regulatory changes applicable to consumer banking products Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of experience in financial services, consumer banking, or related product management roles Basic understanding of consumer banking regulations and risks Familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience with or interest in fintech and digital banking solutions is a plus The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
