POSITION SUMMARY The analyst will provide key data and analytics of performance within product categories across our private label account for Walmart. The analyst will be responsible for supporting stores and .com, weekly reporting, tracking goods in-transit and supporting weekly requests from Walmart. RESPONSIBILITIES • Liaison between production and logistics teams to determine location status and arrival timing of goods in transit to Delta warehouse. • Weekly sales reporting on current business performance for Walmart stores and online. • Actualize and review customer weekly sales and inventory plans. Reproject as needed. • Compile style/color/size-level selling data for use in merchandising and inventory planning exercises. • Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, establish action plans, and maintain high in stocks. • Issue store level customer orders as needed. • Review and ensure weekly replenishment orders are supporting current sales trends. • Monitor inventory levels and review orders for basic items. Ensure in-stocks rates are high. • Work with Walmart buyers and planners to ensure orders are dropped in Walmart system and po’s received. • Quickly fulfill ad hoc requests from the customer. • Order pivot accuracy / ensure goods pointing to correct warehouse; monitor on time shipping and incoming. WIP ETAs; partner with warehouse teams on PO status & communicate to Walmart. • Partner with other functional areas such as the Warehouse and Information Technology teams on processes, systems, and reporting as required.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Minimum of 1-3 years’ previous experience in Retail analytics. • Walmart experience preferred. • Retail Math proficiency a must. • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Team player with an eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Motivated, proactive, and highly organized. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to reach supported conclusions and make robust recommendations. • This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Secaucus, NJ office PAY RATE: $68,000/yr-$78,000/yr At Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
