Endoscopy Technician PRN

About the position HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting Physicians and Endoscopy RNs with procedures, lifting and transporting patients, and maintaining cleanliness in the procedure rooms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care while promoting a positive image of the department. This position is part of a full-service, 420+ bed acute care hospital that has been serving the northeast Houston community for over 25 years, providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare. Responsibilities • Assist Physicians and Endoscopy RNs with procedures. , • Assist with lifting and transporting patients as needed. , • Assist in cleaning of rooms between cases and at the end of the schedule. , • Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability as a resource to the patient care team. , • Accountable for delivering quality patient care and promoting a positive image of the department. Requirements • Previous experience as an Endoscopy Tech required. , • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
