Microsoft Advisor Detroit, MI (Hybrid) 12+ month contract $160,000+ (DOE) • we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time* As a Microsoft Advisor, you will be spearheading the digital transformation initiatives specifically related to the Microsoft Suite at one of the largest Energy companies nationally. This role will have visibility across the executive suite. If you have experience providing advisory to stakeholders across an enterprise-size companies on how to best utilize Microsoft Suite to solve challenges, improve efficiencies, and automate workflows, please apply! Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline • Extensive experience in digital transformation and the implementation of Microsoft technologies • Solid technical expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities, capable of engaging and inspiring audiences • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, adept at interacting with stakeholders at all levels • Proven track record in leading and managing projects, with a strong focus on achieving results • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges • Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, and Maximo are nice to haves Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage digital transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives • Apply extensive technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot to create and implement innovative solutions • Present and demonstrate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in an engaging and compelling manner • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from individual contributors to executive level leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process enhancement • Offer expert guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels, promoting a culture of digital literacy and adoption Apply Job!
