This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for social media trends. Duties • Develop and execute social media content strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and photography to promote our brand. • Conduct thorough research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content creation. • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely manner. • Utilize social listening tools to gather insights on brand perception and audience sentiment. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility. • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics. • Proofread all content for accuracy and clarity before publication. Requirements • Proven experience in social media management or related fields. • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in video editing software and web design principles. • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus. • Excellent public relations skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively. • Knowledge of photography principles is beneficial. • Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. • Experience with social listening tools is preferred.
