Collaborate with customs officials and other government agencies to resolve any issues that may arise during the customs clearance process. Maintain accurate and organized records of all customs documentation and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service. Work closely with other departments within UPS to ensure seamless execution of customs clearance processes. Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
