About the position Affluent Exteriors is seeking experienced trim carpenters and construction crews to join our Contractor Partner Network in support of our growing demand for exterior services. We are looking for skilled trade professionals who can deliver high-quality products and services across a variety of exterior construction areas, including roofing, siding, stucco, masonry, gutters, exterior painting, patios, decks, and more. Our projects range from simple repairs to full replacements and new construction jobs, providing a diverse workload for our subcontractors. We require that all candidates have a proven track record of quality work, which can be demonstrated through references and job photos. This is a 1099 subcontractor position, meaning you will be compensated for all work completed under this arrangement. We are particularly interested in professionals located in the Austin, DFW, Houston, Lubbock, and San Antonio markets, as these areas are where our services are in high demand.
